About us
NRD Division 3 Recruiting Operations manages the recruiting pipeline for Navy Recruiting District Division 3 (Austin, Texas). We use this internal tool to track applicants and Future Sailors and to send operational reminders to our recruiting staff and to Future Sailors enrolled in the Delayed Entry Program (DEP).
Our text messages
We send operational, non-marketing text messages only — for example, mandatory DEP meeting reminders, weekly check-in reminders, and recruiting status follow-ups. We never send advertising or promotional texts.
How you opt in (consent)
Recipients — recruiting staff and Future Sailors — provide their mobile number and give verbal consent in person during the recruiting and enlistment process. At the time we collect the number, the recruiter reads a consent statement explaining that the person will receive recruiting/DEP text messages, that message and data rates may apply, that message frequency varies, that consent is not a condition of enlistment or any service, and that they may reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. We text only people who have given this consent.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; we will stop texting that number. Reply HELP for assistance.
Privacy
We do not sell or rent personal information, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
